Manners Time is the personal undertaking which results from a real need of improving the personal and professional relationships in our country. It was created after understanding that the use of good manners and certain social abilities can make us have a reliable and self-confidence attitude that is necessary to face the different social situations of life with harmony and in a relaxed way in order to enjoy much better our social environment.

  

Studies abroad:

Mónica Cruz obtained her certificate as a Modern Manners & Social Skills Consultant at Rachel Holland & Associates at Ston Easton Park, Somerset, England.

Here she learnt all social techniques taught throughout the United Kingdom to enable people to know how to behave in any social event and be confident, and elegant according to English Etiquette.

She also learnt the Blenheim Palace etiquette. Bleinheim Palace in Oxfordshire was the place of birth and residence of Sir Winston Churchill.

Studies in Argentina:

In Buenos Aires Mónica Cruz got her degree as a Ceremony Technician specialized in Business Etiquette, Congress and Social Event Planning and Lodging and International Tourism Organization.

Later she took a course on Mealtime Manners learning the “International Language of Flatware” according to Buckingham Palace 's etiquette under the direction of Eugenia de Chikoff, daughter of Russian Count named Chikoff, from whom she also got her diploma.

While studying with Ms. Eugenia de Chikoff in a one to one course, Mónica Cruz also took a course on Ceremonial behaviour and Etiquette at the Business Administration Technical Studies Center (CETAE), an institution dependent of Buenos Aires University . In there, she again took lessons with Ms.Eugenia de Chikoff, now in a group course.

In the year 1989 she took a course on Business Ceremonial State Etiquette in the Ex-Scholarship holders Centre at the OAS. Course given by Mr. Jorge Vidaurreta and Mrs. Susana López Zavaleta.

Moreover in the same year, she also took a course there on Public Relations.

Nowdays, she writes for the most important European magazines.
